The Latest Food Amenities at the BDC
The new year is full of exciting changes along the Innovation and Design Building promenade. The IDB welcomes two new and creative food vendors and sadly bids farewell to Au Bon Pain, which will permanently close tomorrow, December 21. In lieu of Au Bon Pain’s food options, several containers, including newcomers Munch Mobile and Fare Well, offer breakfast selections.

Munch Mobile Kitchen (breakfast and lunch) serves eclectic American bistro-style fare to satisfy vegans, vegetarians, meat eaters and, those with gluten allergies, alike. Munch Mobile Kitchen is located at 21 Drydock entrance (former Roxy’s Grilled Cheese container), and will be open weekdays, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Fare Well (breakfast and lunch) offers hearty food made daily from fresh, seasonal ingredients. Fare Well works directly with New England farms and makers to bring honestly-sourced meals to the IDB. Located at 23 Drydock entrance (former Mei Mei container), Fare Well will be open weekdays, 8:30 a.m. - 11 a.m. for breakfast and 11:30 - 3:30 for lunch.
Yankee Lobster: breakfast and lunch
The Farmacy Cafe: breakfast and lunch
Triangle Coffee: coffee and pastry snacks
Fooda: two lunch options every day. Fooda serves the BDC in three locations: The Canteen (23 Drydock), 19 Drydock Container, and the BDC Designer Lounge on the third floor. Each location’s food options change daily. The Canteen serves two food options while the Designer Lounge and 19 Drydock Container serve one lunch option.
